What is it?
At 1 pm on March 7, 2015 a cow will be led into a gridded area by an appropriate handler and let free to roam within the grid area consisting of 800 numbers drawn out in 6′ X 6′ squares. Whoever holds the number of the square where the cow decides to drop a patty is the winner of the grand prize estimated to be at $5,000. Upon completion of a cow patty or time allotment, the independent judges (who are not allowed to participate in the raffle) will determine the results. If there is no cow patty by 5pm, the winner will be determined by a drawing.

Where is it being held?
The event will be held at the LAA shelter located at 142 Le Medicin Road in Carencro on ten acres of beautiful country property. It will be a fun event for the entire family. The event will start at 10am and will include a gumbo cook‐off, music, good things to eat and drink, vendors, and tours of the shelter. There will also be a fun jump, train, cake walk, and face painting for children.
Cow Patty Bingo Rules
1. Person must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
2. Player/Ticket holder need not be present to win.
3. Player/Ticket holder is responsible for all associated fees/taxes.
4. No tickets will be sold after the event begins.
5. The actual grid area will be clearly marked with all squares being of equal shape and size – and
the area will be protected with a barrier or fence. Spectators/ticket holders must not interfere
with the progress of the event.
6. At 1 pm on March 7, 2015 a cow will be led into the grid area by an appropriate handler and let free to roam within the area until a cow patty is placed on a square or the time allotment of 4 hour(s) has expired. Upon completion of a cow patty or time allotment, the independent judges (who are not allowed to participate in the raffle) will determine the results. If there is no cow patty by 5 pm, the winner will be determined by a drawing.
7. The square containing the cow patty will determine the winner. In the event the cow patty lands on lines of multiple squares the prize will be split accordingly as to the amount of prize by volume with in each square.
8. Any disputes or claims must be registered with the judges.
9. The results or decision of the judges will be publicly posted.
10. The organization must post the “Rules” so all participants understand the conduct of the
event.
11. We are anticipating selling all 800 squares – the prize will be $5,000.00. All of the remaining profit will go directly to Lafayette Animal Aid. In the event all 800 squares are not sold, 1/3 of the profit from the entire sale will be awarded as the prize, and the remaining 2/3 will go to Lafayette Animal Aid.
